Biography

Bojan Krkic Pérez, better known as Bojan (Linyola, Lleida, Spain, August 28, 1990) is a Spanish footballer of Serbian father and Spanish mother. Plays as a striker Current club FC Barcelona in the Primera Division in Spain.

His father, also named Bojan Krkic, came to Spain to play in the CFJ Mollerussa, Division II team in the 1988-89 season, having previously played in Red Star Belgrade, OFK Beograd and the selection of Yugoslavia. On April 1, got his first goal in the Champions League by UEFA, with giving the victory to his team in the first leg of their quarter-final against Schalke 04. This therefore also became the second youngest player (17 years and 217 days) history to score in this European competition, behind Ghanaian Peter Oforiquaye.
In his first season with the first team, Bojan its ten goals in the league, ranking among the top scorers of the Catalan club.

World Cup 2007 U-17
On August 19, 2007 Bojan made his debut in World Cup U-17 in South Korea scored two goals which helped defeat the Honduras. In the second round match Bojan contributed to the victory by three goals to nil scored two goals against North Korea.
Bojan reappears in the semi-final against Ghana. Spanish scored the second goal with which Spain qualified for the final of the tournament, but was sent off for two yellow cards and missed the final.
Bojan Bronze Ball was named the tournament after being the third best player of the tournament, was also the world’s third leading scorer with 5 goals.
